We also send reminder notices to all appointments by text on multiple occasions until we get a reply confirmation. Please confirm your appointment on time and keep it. In case of unforeseen changes in your plan, pleased call us to reschedule your appointment. That is a win-win for you, other patients, and us too.

					As a new patient and visitor to this medical center, I would like to take this time to thank the staff for accommodating me on short notice to schedule an eye appointment.  All of the staff were very cordial.  The staff was prompt and I did not have to wait long to be seen.  Dr. Odion was very thorough and answer any questions that I had.   They really show concern for their clients. I would recommend anyone to this office.

					I have been coming to OptiWorld for a number of years and I am well pleased with the service I received...V. Walton and may I add  Dr.Odion recommended to the omni eye Center for my CATARACT surgery and they took good care of me thank you Dr.Odion and the staff at OptiWorld VISION center for taking care of me thank you Dr.Odion awesome job...V. Walton ...just had another eye examine for eye pressure I always have a good experience with Dr. ODEION AND HIS STAFF luv the way he explains everything to me so I can understand luv his professional approach and attitude thank you again OptiWorld for taking such good care of me🙏🏾

					I 100% recommend this place to anyone with any eyesight issues. I do really appreciate how fast and professional everything works. When I came in on my appointment day I didn’t take that long and in less than 1 hour I was ready to choose the frame for my glasses.

					First, I would like to start off by saying that the receptionist is so inviting an amazing her smile is beautiful and her glasses are awesome. She spoke to my son and I like we were. Everyone in that office had a great spirit. We were in there for roughly 45 minutes to an hour, but we were getting serviced back to back so we didn’t feel like we were waiting. Great price and they also accepted my son’s insurance. Thank you so much

					I was honestly so impressed by the coordination of the three stages of service. There was a pre-exam step that includes retinal photography, all performed by a very friendly and capable assistant, which was new to me but I liked the result. The eye exam was fine, they have state-of-the-art retinal imaging, the optometrist talked to me a good bit and answered my questions with a friendly demeanor. Ha NAILED my vision prescription too! I see better now. The highlight for me though…was getting my glasses and contacts sorted out. The guy running the glasses wall was the most professional, well-versed, and informative person I’ve encountered in this situation. Only one I’ve ever heard explain both how anti-glare coating works and WHY anti-glare coating is helpful to have in your life, for just one example. I don’t have room here for everything I learned from him. Receptionist was cool too. Five stars all around.

					The staff was wonderful my appointment was messed up however the lady at the front fixed it and was very pleasant!!! Gerald helped me find the perfect glasses and I have already  recommended this office to family and friends

					Great experience! Came there early before opening, and Dr. Greg nicely told me to come inside. We had a good chat while he took pictures of my eyes. Dr. Odion is a professional at what he does. Very patient and intellectual man. If I'm ever back around the area, I will certainly schedule an appointment here!
