DRAWING
The drawing will take place at Optiworld Vision Center 2851 Candler Rd., Decatur GA 30034 at 5:30PM on Jan 23rd, 2025 – the third Thursday in January.
Three (3) winners will be randomly selected at the drawing from the pool of qualified patients. And six runners up will also be randomly selected as backups in cases of disqualified winners. Runners up are not awarded any prize unless they are declared and notified as winners in accordance to the rules.
PRIZES
- Award of 5 days and 4 nights stay in a one bedroom suite at the Marriott’s Monarch Hilton Head Vacation Resort at Sea Pines, South Carolina.
- Award of Two hundred dollars ($200) to each winner as vacation stipend.
- Award of the Optiworld LVP (Loyal Vacation Patient) face cap.
AWARD OF PRIZES
The winners and runners up will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours of the drawing.
Winners will have one week to accept prize.
Winners will inform Optiworld Media through email of their acceptance of prize. Afterwards, Optiworld will provide the winners the code for reservations at the vacation destination.
First round winners must make their reservation at least two and a half months (75 days – Apr 1st) before June 16th in order to qualify to receive the $200 vacation stipend.
Second round winners must make reservation at least two months (60 days – Apr 17th) before June 16th in order to qualify to receive the $200 vacation stipend.
Third round winners and others must make reservation at least one and a half month (45 days – May 1st) before June 16th in order to qualify to receive the $200 vacation stipend.
If a winner does not a make reservation before the deadline, Optiworld reserves the right to disqualify the winner, and or replace the disqualified winner.
The $200 vacation stipend will be provided to the winners by electronic deposit after they have checked-in on their reservation and notified Optiworld.
Vacation period is from Jun 16 to Aug 17, 2025.
Winners are encouraged to do their own review of the vacation resort for any relevant information before making the reservation or check-in.
Winners are responsible for all other costs including travel cost to and from vacation destination, eatery, entertainment, shopping, excursion, room service, and property damages at the vacation resort and the room.
