Good customer service (i believe... no Medicaid accepted)been going since a small child getting yearly exams & new prescriptions.

Brought my daughter in for her yearly exam and the staff was very pleasant. Visit wasn't long at all. In the future I'll be there with her as well. Love this place!

This place is great! I only expected an eye exam and I had no idea that they had frames available for you to choose from. I sincerely appreciate everything about this place. Thank you for great service!

My experience at OptiWorld was great. The technicians were great and very thorough. There is not a long wait. Definitely a professional atmosphere.

They were extremely nice and efficient. The wait time was short. I thought every one was knowledgeable and treat me and my son with respect. The business was easy to locate and everything was really clean inside the establishment. Also the front desk lady went above and beyond with assisting me with my son’s new vision insurance… which turned out to be a discount plan, but Optiworld offered a bigger discount. Thank you for all your help and your professionalism. I have been a RN more than 20yrs.and firmly attest that their customer service was EXCELLENT!
